Complaints procedure

Discussing a complaint or unpleasant experience is not always easy. However, an open conversation often helps to resolve misunderstandings quickly. We listen to your story, take your complaint seriously and look together at what is needed.

How do we handle your complaint?

After receiving your complaint, we will read it carefully. We will discuss your report with the staff member or practitioner involved and contact you within five working days.

During this conversation, we will listen to your experience, answer your questions and look for a suitable solution together. We will then make clear agreements about any follow-up steps.

Unable to resolve the matter with us?

You can then contact the independent complaints procedure with which our practice is affiliated. Under the Wkkgz, every patient has the right to support from an independent complaints officer. This complaints officer provides information, advice and mediation.

If mediation does not lead to a solution, you can submit your complaint to a recognised disputes committee. Please feel free to ask us which procedure iSmile Tandartspraktijk is affiliated with.
